من النظرة الأولى، قد يبدو مصنع DXN في المنطقة الصناعية بدبي مجرد خمسة مبانٍ متواضعة المساحة، لا تتجاوز مجتمعة 5 آلاف متر مربع.
لكن ما إن تخطو داخله، حتى تشعر أنك انتقلت إلى عالم آخر، حيث تمتزج الطبيعة بالتكنولوجيا في سيمفونية دقيقة، تصنع القهوة والشوكولاتة والمكملات ومعجون الأسنان من دون أي تدخل بشري أو مواد كيميائية.
تأسس المصنع عام 2021 كأول قاعدة إنتاج للشركة الماليزية العملاقة في الشرق الأوسط، ليكون مركز انطلاق لتوريد منتجاتها إلى دول الخليج، مع خطط للتوسع إلى مصر وأوروبا وإفريقيا.
“كل ما نصنعه طبيعي 100%، لا يحتوي على أي مواد كيميائية أو إضافات صناعية،” يقول هاريس، مدير العمليات في المصنع، بابتسامة واثقة بينما يقودنا في جولة داخل خطوط الإنتاج. “نحن نستخدم تكنولوجيا دوائية متقدمة، لكنها في خدمة الطبيعة لا في منافستها.”
مكملات لا تمسها الأيدي
في المصنع الأول، المخصص لإنتاج المكملات الغذائية، تعمل ماكينات ضخمة من الفولاذ اللامع بانسجام يشبه عمل الساعة السويسرية. تخلط، وتضغط، وتعبئ الأقراص والكبسولات في دقة مذهلة — من دون أن تلمسها يد بشرية واحدة.
كل قرص يمر عبر مرحلتين من الكشف المعدني قبل تغليفه، لضمان خلوه من أي شوائب، بينما تنتج الماكينات أكثر من 250 ألف قرص في الساعة من مكونات طبيعية أبرزها فطر الريشي الشهير.
ورغم غياب اللمسة البشرية، إلا أن الطاقة الإنسانية في المكان حاضرة بقوة؛ مهندسون وفنيون من أكثر من 14 جنسية يعملون بتناغم نادر يجمع بين الشغف والانضباط.
قهوة وشوكولاتة.. بفلسفة مختلفة
في المصنع الثاني، تملأ المكان رائحة البن المحمص والكاكاو الماليزي. هنا تُنتج قهوة DXN بالفطر، مزيج فريد يجمع بين متعة الطعم وفوائد الصحة.
“لا أحد في العالم يصنع قهوة بهذه الطريقة،” يقول هاريس بفخر. “هي فكرتنا الخاصة: أن تكون القهوة علاجًا كما هي متعة.”
ماكينات التعبئة لا تتوقف، والمنتج يمر باختبارات صارمة قبل أن يُغلف ويُجهّز للتصدير. وإلى جانب القهوة، بدأ المصنع مؤخرًا في إنتاج شوكولاتة الكنافة بالفستق المدعّمة بـالسبيرولينا — منتج يجمع روح المذاق العربي مع مكونات طبيعية عالية القيمة.
مستحضرات تجميل من رحم الطبيعة
أما المصنع الثالث، فخصص لإنتاج الصابون ومعجون الأسنان Ganozhi ومستحضرات العناية بالبشرة تحت العلامة الجديدة Gyuri Plus. كل منتج هنا خالٍ من البارابين والكبريتات والعطور الصناعية، ويعتمد على مستخلصات فطرية ونباتية نقية.
دقة تكنولوجية بقلب إنساني
يعمل المصنع بنظام الإنتاج الفوري (Just-in-Time)، فلا تُصنع أي دفعة قبل استلام الطلب، لضمان وصول المنتجات طازجة إلى العملاء.
وبين أصوات الآلات المتناغمة ولمعان الفولاذ، يمكن للزائر أن يلمس روحًا خاصة تجمع بين ذكاء الآلة وحكمة الإنسان.
يقول هاريس في ختام الجولة: “نحن لا نصنع منتجات فقط، بل نصنع أسلوب حياة صحي ومستقبلًا أكثر نقاء.”

In a sprawling industrial zone on the outskirts of Dubai, a quiet revolution is taking place. At first glance, DXN’s factory complex appears modest — five neat warehouses totaling just 5,000 square meters. Yet within these walls lies a world of precision, passion, and pure innovation: a place where coffee, supplements, toothpaste, and even chocolate are made without a single trace of synthetic chemicals — and without a single human hand touching the production line.
A Vision Rooted in Nature
Opened in 2021, DXN’s Dubai facility — part of the Malaysian wellness giant’s global network — is the company’s first manufacturing base in the Middle East. From this site, products are already being prepared for markets across the GCC, with plans to expand distribution to Egypt, Europe, and Africa.
“We are producing 100% natural products — no chemicals, no artificial ingredients,” explained Mr. Harris, the factory’s operations manager, as he guided us through the spotless corridors. “Everything from our supplements to our coffee and cosmetics comes directly from nature, with the help of advanced pharmaceutical-grade technology.”
Factory One: Supplements Crafted Without Human Touch
Our tour began in Warehouse J01, the heart of the dietary supplement operation. Here, DXN produces tablets, capsules, and powders derived from natural ingredients like Reishi mushroom — the brand’s signature component known for its antioxidant properties.
Inside, gleaming stainless-steel machines hummed in rhythm, blending, compressing, and bottling tablets with incredible precision. Not a single worker intervened; even quality checks were automated through metal detection and weight calibration systems.
“The machines are designed to eliminate contamination entirely,” explained the chief engineer, pointing to the double-rotary tablet press capable of producing up to 250,000 tablets per hour. “We can detect even microscopic traces of metal — twice — before the product is sealed.”
What struck me most wasn’t just the technology, but the pride radiating from the team. Despite the automation, the human energy in the room was palpable — engineers and technicians from over 14 nationalities working side by side, united by a belief in the purity of what they create.
Factory Two: Coffee and Chocolate — A Natural Indulgence
Next, we entered the aromatic world of DXN’s coffee and chocolate production line. The air was rich with the scent of roasted beans and cocoa, sourced directly from Malaysia.
Here, DXN’s signature mushroom-infused coffee is produced — a blend that has gained a cult following across the Middle East for its health benefits. “No one else makes coffee with mushroom,” Harris said with a smile. “It’s our unique idea — coffee that’s actually good for you.”
Rows of high-speed packing machines sealed sachets of black coffee — sugar-free and rich in nutrients — while ensuring each pack passed a rigorous double metal-detection process. Every movement was seamless, synchronized, and, again, entirely touch-free.
A new addition to the factory’s output is DXN Chocolate Kunafa Pistachio, an upcoming creation blending Arab flavors with spirulina — a natural superfood. “Even our chocolates are designed to heal as they delight,” one technician proudly noted.
Factory Three: Cosmetics with a Conscience
In the final leg of our tour, we stepped into the cosmetics unit, where DXN produces its well-known Ganozhi toothpaste and soap — and soon, a full skincare line under the Gyuri Plus brand, featuring facial creams, toners, and serums.
The machines were sleek, the air lightly perfumed, and the atmosphere calm yet charged with purpose. “Every product here is free from parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrances,” explained one of the engineers. “Even our toothpaste contains mushroom extracts.”
Technology with a Human Heart
Though compact, DXN’s Dubai operation demonstrates the extraordinary efficiency that comes from smart technological design. “We produce on a Just-in-Time model,” Harris explained. “That means we only manufacture once we receive an order — so our customers always receive the freshest possible product.”
Standing amid rows of pristine machinery, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of wonder. The hum of automation blended with the quiet determination of the workers, creating an energy that was both futuristic and profoundly human.

“DXN is not competing in the usual way,” said Harris. “We are building a healthier future — one capsule, one coffee cup, one soap bar at a time.”
