أعلنت أورنچ مصر، عن شراكة استراتيجية مع وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي لإطلاق منصة Start Hub ودعم ملتقى ستارت 2026، أكبر فعالية وطنية تستهدف تمكين طلاب الجامعات والخريجين الجدد وتأهيلهم لبناء مسارات مهنية ناجحة، وذلك في إطار التزام الشركة المتواصل بدعم جهود الدولة المصرية في الاستثمار في الإنسان وتمكين الشباب وتعزيز جاهزيتهم لسوق العمل.
وشهدت الفعالية توقيع بروتوكول التعاون بين وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي وأورنچ مصر، بحضور الدكتورة مايا مرسي وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي, والدكتور عبدالعزيز قنصوة وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وهشام مهران الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لشركة أورنچ مصر، في خطوة تعكس قوة الشراكة بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص لدعم الشباب وتأهيلهم لوظائف المستقبل.
وتأتي هذه الشراكة امتدادًا للدور الذي تضطلع به أورنچ مصر كشريك تنموي داعم لجهود الدولة المصرية في إعداد كوادر شابة قادرة على مواكبة التحولات الرقمية ومتطلبات الاقتصاد الحديث، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية مصر 2030 الرامية إلى بناء اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة وتعزيز الشمول والاستدامة في سوق العمل.
وتتولى أورنچ مصر إنشاء وإطلاق منصة Start Hub لتكون بوابة رقمية متكاملة تربط بين الشباب وسوق العمل، وتوفر مسارًا متكاملًا يبدأ من التوجيه المهني والتأهيل وصولًا إلى فرص التدريب والتوظيف، بما يسهم في بناء جيل أكثر جاهزية وقدرة على المنافسة.
وشارك في ملتقى ستارت 2026 أكثر من 250 شركة ومؤسسة، إلى جانب آلاف الطلاب والخريجين من مختلف الجامعات المصرية، حيث قدمت أورنچ مصر فرصًا وظيفية وبرامج تدريبية متنوعة داخل الشركة كما وفرت أورنچ مصر من خلال مركز أورنچ الرقمي برامج تدريبية متخصصة في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحليل البيانات وريادة الأعمال والتسويق الرقمي، بهدف إكساب الشباب المهارات الأكثر طلبًا في سوق العمل الرقمي وتعزيز جاهزيتهم لوظائف المستقبل.

Orange Egypt announced a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Social Solidarity to launch Start Hub, the largest national initiative dedicated to empowering university students and recent graduates and equipping them to build successful career paths. The partnership underscores the company’s continued commitment to supporting the Egyptian government’s efforts to invest in human capital, empower young people, and enhance their preparedness for the labor market.
The event witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Orange Egypt, attended by Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity; Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; and Hesham Mahran, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Orange Egypt. The agreement underscores the strength of collaboration between the public and private sectors in empowering young people and preparing them for the jobs of the future.
The partnership further reinforces Orange Egypt’s role as a development partner supporting the government’s efforts to cultivate a new generation of talent equipped to keep pace with digital transformation and the evolving requirements of the modern economy. It also aligns with the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030, which seeks to foster a knowledge-based economy while promoting inclusion and sustainability within the labor market.
As part of this collaboration, Orange Egypt is establishing and launching the Start Hub platform, an integrated digital gateway designed to connect young people with the labor market. The platform provides a comprehensive journey encompassing career guidance, skills development, training, and employment opportunities, contributing to the development of a more competitive and future-ready generation.
More than 250 companies and institutions took part in the Start 2026 Forum, alongside thousands of students and graduates representing universities across Egypt. As part of its participation, Orange Egypt offered a variety of employment opportunities and training programs within the company. Through its Orange Digital Center, the company also provided specialized training in artificial intelligence, data analytics, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing, aimed at equipping young people with the skills most in demand in the digital economy and enhancing their preparedness for the jobs of the future.
